Choosing the right gear
Less is more when it comes to gear. I try to carry fewer items, but choose them well. The best gear isn’t the trendiest. It’s what lasts, works reliably, and can be repaired when something breaks.
Cheap gear gets replaced. Good gear gets maintained. Scratches, patches, and fixes usually mean it proved itself.
